If you have been following my Instagram you would have seen my post on this tea i made while i had very bad period pain. Recently I’ve been experiencing headaches and quite severe period pains during my period week and it has been very depressing. I found that drinking lots of hot teas helps a lot and of having lots of rest is essential.
Anyone has any secret tips to help soothe period pains?

[ Blueberry Raspberry Mint Acai Tea ]

Ingredients:
- Handful of Blueberries
- Handful of Raspberries
- Handful of Mint
- 1 SMT Acai Tea Bag
- 800ml of Hot Water
How To –
- Place the teabag in our 1 L mason jar and pour the hot water in.
- Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and remove the tea bag.
- Add in the blueberries, raspberries and mint.
AND THEN
Serve immediately.
