Blueberry Raspberry Mint Acai Tea

If you have been following my Instagram you would have seen my post on this tea i made while i had very bad period pain. Recently I’ve been experiencing headaches and quite severe period pains during my period week and it has been very depressing. I found that drinking lots of hot teas helps a lot and of having lots of rest is essential.

Anyone has any secret tips to help soothe period pains?

Here’s the recipe …

[   Blueberry Raspberry Mint Acai Tea   ]

Time:

10 minutes

Suitable for:

Anyone

Ingredients:

  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Handful of Raspberries
  • Handful of Mint
  • 1 SMT Acai Tea Bag
  • 800ml of Hot Water

How To –

  1. Place the teabag in our 1 L mason jar and pour the hot water in.
  2. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes and remove the tea bag.
  3. Add in the blueberries, raspberries and mint.

AND THEN

Serve immediately.
