If you have been following my Instagram you would have seen my post on this tea i made while i had very bad period pain. Recently I’ve been experiencing headaches and quite severe period pains during my period week and it has been very depressing. I found that drinking lots of hot teas helps a lot and of having lots of rest is essential.
