Yume Zakka products are made with ultimate care and love. Most of our products are handmade in Australia. We try our best to use bio degradable, non-toxic, and sustainable materials. The paint we use is non-toxic and conforms with Australian Standard 1647.3 Children’s Toys Safety Requirements . If ingested please seek medical attention immediately. We are not liable for any wear and tear issues.

PAYMENT & PRIVACY
Yume Zakka uses PayPal, one of Australia’s leading payment processors, to process your payments. All personal and payment information is encrypted and securely processed. None of your personal information is stored or shared. Any personal information collected by Yume Zakka are for internal use only.

PRICES
All prices on the Yume Zakka page are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please note that delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product. 
We accept payment by PayPal and credit/debit card.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING
We use Australia Post & shipping items will vary according to your location and the quantity. For International Shipping please contact Yume Zakka for a quote (yumezakka@gmail.com). We will post within 2 business days of cleared payment and/or when your customised order has been completed.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time across Australia is generally between 2-4 days. We ship from our head office in Sydney, so orders to Western Australia and the Northern Territory may on occasion take longer than 3 days.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Yume Zakka’s return policy enables you to return your purchase for any reason within 5 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, and all original packaging otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the postage and safe delivery of any returns back to Yume Zakka. We suggest shipping with insurance and tracking.

Please keep in mind that a lot of the products available at Yume Zakka are handmade therefore colours and patterns etc. may vary from piece to piece, adding to their uniqueness. Product colours may vary slightly from those in the images provided due to photographic lighting.

Once an invoice has been paid we do not accept any cancellation.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us as soon as you notice a fault with any Yume Zakka item after arrival. We take the utmost care in packaging our goods for shipping and we strongly suggest you to take our additional insurance to cover for lost or damaged goods during transit.
